Photo Challenge - Photo 15, fresh fruit

I don't grow much fruit, what I do grow is no where near ripe, or even a photograph stage.  So I actually found a place in Smithville that we can go berry picking!  Can't get much fresher than that!

We went to Duncan's Berry Farm, in Smithville, Mo.  Man I love this town, there is a bit of everything here.


The kids and I each had a bucket, but we weren't going to fill all three.

Don't let the close up photo fool you, these berries really are as large as they look!

We also got to see the chickens that live there.

And Mr Duncan, the donkey they named the place after!
